Pick-up order
Club members can personally pick up their orders during shooting sessions. Please state clearly when and where you would like to pick up the goods when ordering.No shipping charges will be charged using this payment method.
Shipping charges
The shipping charges within The Netherlands are € 5,00 for order up to € 50,00. We will charge € 2,50 for orders between € 50,00 and € 100,00. Orders over € 100,00 will be shipped on our expense.
International orders will be shipped at a minimum shipping rate of € 17,50, containing € 15,00 order costs and € 2,50 item costs. We will charge € 2,50 for every extra item.
Returns
By Dutch law, all online bought products can be returned within 7 working days. Please notify us by written statement (email) if you would like to return your purchase within these 7 working days. We will then contact you about our return policy.
Return policy
The customer must pay the shipping charges of the return shipment. Convince yourself that the shipment charges are fully paid. Extra costs will be charged to you in case that returned products are damaged or used. The charges can be avoided by testing the products as you would do in a retail store and returning the product un-used and in the original packaging.
When returning a product, the shipping costs will always be charged to the customer, if not prepaid. Shipments with unpaid shipping costs will be rejected by us. The original invoice or our written approval must be shipped with te returned goods.
Prices
All our prices are net prices (i.e. including VAT if applicable) and stated in Euro or in its equivalent in USD. The shipping charges will be stated seperately on the order confirmation and the invoice. All prices are subject to price changes. |
